Alberta Transportation, Mountain View Partners, and KGL Constructors will be hosting public information sessions on February 26th & 27th to provide an update on the 2018 construction season for the Southwest Calgary Ring Road (SWCRR). Display materials will feature information on the road alignment, highlight key construction activities, outline areas that may qualify for noise mitigation, and identify upcoming traffic impacts.
The City of Calgary will also be in attendance to provide details on its projects connecting to the SWCRR. This includes:
The sessions are drop-in events, so you can attend at any time between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Monday, February 26th: Cardel Rec South – West Commons (333 Shawville Blvd SE)
Tuesday, February 27th: Calgary First Church of the Nazarene (65 Richard Way SW)
The City is also hosting an information session on Wednesday, March 21, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Southland Leisure Centre (2000 Southland Dr S.W.), which will target the communities that neighbour the City’s 90 Avenue S.W. and Southland Drive extension projects, and Anderson Road widening project. Alberta Transportation will be in attendance as well.
